My Little Snug Bug
My lil’ caramel small, plump, and juicy
Craves attention and throws plenty a fit
He laughs at things that make him seem loopy
That gene is surely not a counterfeit.
Those contagious laughs I cannot run from
They brighten my day, making me happy.
He sticks to me like packs of bubble gum
And Lord knows he can be a bit yappy.
He loves to snuggle up with me at night,
Although I’m on the bed edge by morning.
When he’s angry, he likes to fight.
His fits come without warning.
He is a blessing, this little munchkin
The total purpose on why I function.
