Memories (regret)
Picking petals
Off the flowers wilting
The thorny nettles
And their spines melting
Into my mind
The thoughts are woven
The cogs grind
But words are not oft spoken
Memories remembered
Thoughts scattered
My mind unhindered
His bones shattered
I wince and weep, embracing my mother
All the pain he had felt
My poor little brother
He did not wear his seat belt
