Green Ocean
Unfounded beauty amongst such enticing waves
The depths of which have no end
I look at them with the longing of a wanderer
The world once black is transformed with color
Enveloped with vicarious pleasure
Unwanted but still loved
Cascading waves, Oh how dear you are to me
I look upon thee with awe
Oh how your green cascading waves allure me
An air of merriment surround your lovely green waves
Yet once I try to make my love apparent
I know your stunning waves will recede
Leaving a man hollow with a sense of yearning
Oh green ocean never leave my sight
A year passes and goes
Time an ever present variable
Time may pass and go
Separating us for extended periods of time
but my love for you will never pass
a timepiece untouched and unweathered
Oh green ocean my love for you will last forever.

A girl whose intelligence and beauty astonished me. A girl whose eyes reminded me of a peaceful ocean whose color resembled a healthy green forest. Her smile envelops those around her changing the ever monotonous world to one with vibrant colors. I could never resist to smile. This Sonnet (if i were to call it that) is dedicated to the one girl i havent had the confidence to truly tell her how i feel.
