Nostalgia
I want to go home,
and I want to be free
from this weight on my chest
called destiny.
I’ve fallen in love
with this idea in my head
to go back to the time
when I was a child in bed.
Because way back when
my life still had its seams
I was free to explore
and free to have dreams.
Now all I want is one more day
with my blanket fortress and toys of clay.
