My Secret
My vision is tampered with and I am stuck in a cave
It never used to be this hard
I was once so strong and brave
Now it has sawed through my guard
Blowing out the candle of good stories
And bringing waves of hidden memories
They are as real as day break
All it takes is something tiny
That leaves me in a foggy lake
And knocks me out of reality
And onto the ground
Holding back a God fearing sound
Leaving me in dismay
Sorting out past from present
It’s like a game my mind likes to play
