Family
Like the branches of a tree,
Our lives may go in different direction our roots remain as one.

Lavernius Duncan and the Duncan family are a well respected amongst the ordinary people of New York and the hustlers out on the streets. To the ordinary , the Duncans are just successful business people who run a successful car dealership. The people out on the streets, however, they see right through their little car dealership and they see the Duncans dealing drugs. The Duncan Family all have their roles that they play in the business, they might not get along too well, and they have there differences but they do get the job done bringing together their set of skills to keep the business running successfully, but then a huge problem arises, and everything LC has built from the ground up is in danger.

In “The Family Business” it is filled to the brim with all sorts of interesting problems that have solutions which leads to even worse problems. All these different situations keep the reader engaged. It keeps you wanting more, like a drug addict needs the drugs. You won’t even know you are reading. You would think that you are watching a movie because your imagination will just take over. Seeing all these situations play out and then switching to another person’s perspective and seeing how they either make it better or worse.

This book keeps the reader engaged. With the way the story progresses switching between the characters in the stories giving the reader different points of view which gave the author more ways to make the story more interesting with more twists and more problems. If Urban books is your style than this the kind of book you would just sit down and read, letting your imagination just run while you are taking in these words that form a path to where your imagination goes. Your only regret when you are done would only be not getting the other book in the series
