Paranormalcy by Kiersten White
Evie isn’t all that meets the eye. She’s grown up working for the International Paranormal Containment Agreement (or IPCA), it’s all she’s ever known, but does she really know what they do after she bags and tags these supernatural creatures?
Once you’ve started this thrilling rollercoaster ride of a novel you’ll never want to put it down, with surprises around every corner and an extremely hot love interest (*wink wink*) you’re never quite sure what will happen until it does.
Kiersten White has created a kickass main character who is easy to relate to. You can’t help but want to root for Evie every step of the way!
I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good paranormal romance. Despite the mildly dark plot there was nothing very gory, and Evie’s witty “voice” kept it at least fairly light, leaving an interesting contrast. Overall one of my favorite books!
