The Lorax
Dr. Suess's The Lorax is a fun-filled, eye catching movie. It really is like "dessert for the eyes" because of all the neon colors and bright, happy animations. I recently watched this movie featuring the famous Zac Efron and Taylor Swift and it was better than I expected. Before I went and saw this movie, I read some reviews that were far from correct- at least in my point of view. The plot of the movie could be considered slow paced- but children (ages 10 and under) could easily follow the plot and understand it, unlike some other movies. The plot of the story went something like this: Ted, a middle school boy, wants to impress Audrey, a high school girl fascinated by "growing, alive trees." When Audrey shows Ted a mural that she painted of trees, Ted is determined to get a tree. Thats really the beginning of the story, and it really gets going from there, but I won't tell you what happens, you'll just have to watch it yourself! Happy Watching! My Movie Rating: 8.6/10
