Bored of all the girly chick flicks, guys? Girls, want to know what guys are really thinking during a relationship? That Awkward Moment is a chick flick flipped upside down. It is all about the guy’s side of the relationship and how they feel about girls.
Mikey’s (Michael B. Jordan) wife has just called for a divorce, so his best friends Jason (Zac Efron) and Daniel (Miles Teller) and himself make a pact to never get serious with a girl for as long as possible. They all end up falling in love with the very first girl they meet the next night. Each one of them tries to hide the love and feelings they have for their ‘girl.’ Fighting against their feelings the whole way through the movie, they have to figure out what relationships really are about.
That Awkward Moment lets girls connect with what is going on inside a guy’s mind and allows guys to fix upon how hysterical and truthful the movie is. This movie is rated R for the language and sexual content, but is a great laugh for all those above seventeen. Anyone who is ready to feast their eyes upon the guys’ sides of the story, this is the movie for you. It takes all the modern chick flicks and looks at these relationships from the guys’ point of view.
