Grey’s Anatomy is a TV series, it is a medical drama, that started on March 27, 2005. There are not many medical dramas out there; there are mostly shows with teenage drama and shows that are just plain boring drama. A show with a lot or too much drama is boring. Grey’s Anatomy is not at all boring and it doesn’t have a lot of drama, it’s just there is a lot that goes on. The main characters in the show include. Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey, Sandra Oh as Cristina Yang, T.R. Knight as George O’Malley, Katherine Heigl as Isobel (Izzy) Stephens, Justin Chambers as Alex Karev, Patrick Dempsey as Derek Sheperd, Isaiah Washington as Preston Burke and Kate Walsh as Addison Montgomery. These 8 main characters do an excellent job of acting out their parts.

Grey’s Anatomy is a show that talks about surgeons and surgical interns working really hard and trying to live a normal life, with relationships. The characters in this show are all very good actors, they all sometimes get emotionally attached to their patients and when something bad or sad happens to their patient, the characters will cry right on point, a the right time, the cry is not fake, it is a cry that looks real and has real tears.

Shonda Rhimes (the creator) did a very nice job with the show; she made it like every day work life, with a little twist. Shonda also was executive producer for the series “Off the Map”, and developed the ABC drama series “Scandal.” All surgeons work long weeks
and they barley have any time to do anything, more or less, get any sleep. Shonda Rhimes did a very excellent job showing how tired the surgeons are and showing what they want to do and how they want to do it. On the show they show the time the surgeons have at work and they show what they do on their free time. They like to have fun on their free time, because it is the little time that they do not have any work and most of the time when they are not at work they get paged back to the hospital. So it is like what would happen in real life, with a real surgeon. Shonda does well explaining how the surgeons live their life and she also has the characters do a very nice job explaining what procedures they are going to perform on patients. They all explain the procedures very well into depth. The show helps the viewers’ learn about surgery, so if anyone wanted to be a surgeon it would be a good show for them.

Some people may not like Grey’s Anatomy because it is about surgeons and life as a surgical intern, so there is blood, lots of blood. If you are not the type of person that likes blood, hospitals, the sight of tragedy or suspense, then this would not be the show for you.

Some people should like Grey’s Anatomy because, some people might have an interest in surgery and may want to be a surgeon. The show is very interesting because it explains the procedures that the surgeons are performing on the patients and it shows how interns and surgeons react and how they try to live a normal life and include relationships. It is kind of fun to try to figure out what they are going to do next. Grey’s Anatomy is a great show, it eventually becomes addicting. The show teaches and entertains. The show has drama, so the show is basically about life of surgeons and interns.
