Ahh yes, a simulator for trucking of all things. While it does seem very uncanny, it's anything but. It's the third installment in SCS Software's Truck Simulator series, which is a PC only series so if you are on conslole you're out of luck. But anyways ATS is a Role Playing Game as much as it is a simulator. You start out with the naming and choosing of the logo for your company. Then you get to choose your preferred truck style (Kenworth™ or Peterbilt™) and the location of your HQ. You can choose from most of the places in California and Some of Nevada (the map is not completely finished as it will have every state to truck through in a year or two). Then you get to do "quick jobs", jobs where you borrow a company truck to deliver goods. And once you do your first 2 jobs you can get a bank loan of up to $400,000 to start your business (upgrade your garage, buy more trucks, etc..). So by the time you've taken a loan you'll have discovered a few recruitment agencies to hire people that'll work for you and give you a small portion of their earnings (granted you need a truck for them to drive). You also have to abide to the laws of the road as ignoring them will lead to fines or even worse, such as not resting will end with a fine and if you continue driving drowsy, you risk blacking out and crashing. You also need to fill up the tank while travelling. The game runs beautifully on even low-end laptops not made for gaming. Plus there's a massive modding community making new mods every day from new trucks to new Gas prices, anything you could think of has probably already been created and implemented. And the game's only been out for less than 20 days! There also aren't many issues either. Mercedes drivers will be Mercedes drivers and cut you off and do jerk-ish moves on the freeway but other than that, the game's flawless. And if you do decide to purchase this game (not that I'm endorsed or anything, trust me) you'll see yourself getting immersed and spending lots of time playing it as it's very relaxing to be getting paid to cruise through the states. I'd give it a solid 9.5/10

I just hope people will read this and realize how good the game is
