Let's be Friends- Best Friends!
There are two main types of relationships students come across in high school, the friend relationship and of course the boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. Friends, you’d do anything for them… or would you? As a girl I know firsthand that girls can be harsh with their words. That’s not a very good relationship if you bag on them one moment but the next moment you are going to lunch together. The friends you make in high school are the people you will remember for the rest of your life. Give people the benefit of the doubt and make the relationships in high school ones you smile about in the future.
Boyfriend/girlfriend relationships… They are completely different then friend relationships. I’m not some expert on relationships, trust me, but this is what I know. For a relationship to work people have to give and not just take because a person can only give so much before there is nothing left. If there is a cute boy or girl get to know them. High school is the time to find what qualities you like in a person. Just remember if it doesn’t work out it may seem like the end of the world, but I promise it’s not! High school is tough and good relationships will make it tons easier.
