April 22, 2009 (a)
I’m cooped up inside
With nervous energy
To kill
As watching old shows
Rack my brain
As my eyes sweep the screen
Plot to plot
Recurring theme
I’m going crazy inside
I crave you
So horribly
I miss your looks
Your body to swoon
Jittery inside
Crazing for sight
To numb my pain
My heart is aflutter inside
Responding to my mind
As my thoughts retrace always
To you
Trying to pause the commotion
To jump up
Surprise for your welcome
A caffeine high
I need you now
Right now.
