I, the good king laughs, laughs upon the angry colonists,
They who call themselves oppressed!
“Curse the Proclamation of 1763!” they say,
For they claim the frontier, the Appalachians,
And Ohio River Valley belong to them!
Those spiteful subjects of mine,
They are never satisfied!
But I, the good king shall keep the colonists
In good hands, away from the Indians.
Giving them boundaries, each side, yes!
I shall maintain peace with the Native Americans,
And in turn, they shall not harm those measly colonists!
There shall be no war, no conflict nor hate!
My soldiers’ lives will be spared,
And England shall prosper!
All things shall be good and true,
Because of I, the good king!
