By the fall of night
Then the dawn of day
I've grown this fright that's here to stay
I've run so far
But have gone nowhere
I feel as if I'm trapped in a jar
And my jeans a tear
I try so much
Just to please you
But still not a touch
I don't know what else to do
Can I ever be saved
Will I ever breathe the air
This road has been paved
My thoughts are at dis-pare
My thoughts have come to an end
And there becomes the finish to his trend
