I am Me, Through and Through
I am a baseball player.
I am at home in between the white chalk lines,
I am a proud brother of two younger brothers,
I am the product of my parents.
I am a brother.
I am myself digging into the batter’s box,
I am a mentor to my brothers on and off the field,
I strive to be the man my parents have raised me to be.
I am a son.
I am confident standing on the mound looking in at the catcher,
I am a role model for my two brothers,
I am the son of two proud parents.
I am me.
