The Blind Eye
A waking nightmare the gentleman lives
He barely lives, but cannot die
His dreams have all but ceased amid
A broken world of shattered lives
He sees the hate forged by us men
But peacefully he contributes his share
He watches corruption consume us again
But alas he cannot act, he doesn’t dare
One who understands is much too small
Since the corruption infects us all
